Preparation process
Hot porridge

- Take one cup of multigrain or millets health mix
- Add 8-9 Cups of Cold water
- Mix well Flour before boiling
- Boil this mixture stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes in medium flame
- When the mixture became well boiling
Ready to taste healthy multigrain Health Mix . - Add : Salt (or) Sugar (or) Jaggery for taste
It reduce cold ,Cough ,Itches ,Fever etc .
Cold porridge

- Night preparation the healthy multigrain Health Mix
- Serve for morning breakfast
- Add the porridge with curd ,Salt ,Onion ,Pickle for taste
