Recipe

Hot porridge

  1. Take one cup of multigrain or millets health mix
  2. Add 8-9 Cups of Cold water
  3. Mix well Flour before boiling
  4. Boil this mixture stirring continuously for 5-7 minutes in medium flame
  5. When the mixture became well boiling
    Ready to taste healthy multigrain Health Mix .
  6. Add : Salt (or) Sugar (or) Jaggery for taste

It reduce cold ,Cough ,Itches ,Fever etc .

Cold porridge

  1. Night preparation the healthy multigrain Health Mix
  2. Serve for morning breakfast
  3. Add the porridge with curd ,Salt ,Onion ,Pickle for taste

It reduce Ulcer ,Body Heat , Heart burns etc ..
